[project][5am][Day2] Wake up early: 5AM

[Friday] Good morning :) Yesterday, I went to bed almost at 11PM. And, today, I woke up at 5AM!! AMAZING😝😝 I set my alarm at 5AM, and 5:20AM just for the case I didn't come out from bed until 5:20. Gladly, I woke up at 5AM and started to move before 5:08AM. I did morning stretching, and wash my face right after I finished it. But it still needs some time to wash and go straight to work. I'll do better tomorrow :)

Thursday:  Last night, I changed my plan to wake up at 6am today, because as you can see, sleeping less than 4 hours seems harmful to me. So, I set my alarm like this.  S urprisingly, I woke up at 6:08. But there was a problem. It was really hard to get out of bed. I started to move almost at 7am. I recognized that morning stretching works well .

HI, I'm going to start a project to wake up at 5am. The reason I decided to start the project is because of a few youtube videos. I'll leave URLs at the bottom of the articles. Today is August 22th, 2019. To start this project, I made some rules. I'll note that these rules can be changed while I'm doing the project. Here is my rule. Don't stop trying to wake up at 5am, except I'm sick. If I sleep late, wake up 5am, and sleep earlier the next day. Do morning stretching to wake up the body. Wash my face, and right start to go study. Prepare for going to school at 7am. And from now on I'm going to leave a log of my daily progress. [Week 1] *because I'm not going to school until next week, I'll start rule 5 since September.
